• Systematically extract or aggregate outputs in order to replicate Volarixs' models, signals, or research workflows

4.4 Commercial Exploitation

• Resell, sublicense, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without prior written consent
• Offer the Service or derived outputs to third parties as part of another product, platform, or service

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5.1 Volarixs Intellectual Property

All components of the Service—including software, model templates, system architecture, workflows, user interfaces, documentation, and branding—are the exclusive property of Volarixs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of data, datasets, configurations, experiments, and other materials you submit or create using the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Volarixs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely to provide and operate the Service
• Perform analytics, debugging, performance monitoring, and service improvement

You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide User Content and grant this license.

5.3 Derived Outputs

Model outputs, predictions, metrics, and derived artifacts generated by the Service are provided solely for internal research and evaluation purposes, unless otherwise expressly authorized.

Volarixs reserves the right to restrict export, redistribution, or external use of such outputs.

The Service provides tools and data for research purposes only.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs are statistical or model-based research artifacts, not trading instructions
• Past performance does not predict future results
• Market data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate
• You are solely responsible for any investment, trading, or financial decisions

Volarixs disclaims all liability for actions taken based on Service outputs.

Volarixs reserves the right to:

• Impose usage limits, quotas, or access restrictions

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• INVESTMENT OR TRADING LOSSES
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volarixs and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your infringement of third-party rights
